Rock the River

Rock the River is the ongoing stewardship effort along the section of Yukon River between the Whitehorse Hydro Plant and Rotary Peace Park. The first successful stage was completed in 2000, with the clean up of the old intake spar and the development of the current day Intake Wave. YCKC is working with local First Nations and other stakeholders to develop and study the feasibility of the next stage of this project. Stay Tuned.
